The Baptist Fan will be perfect for the quilting - so indicative for the era. I don't think I could touch one of those older quilts. I have one my Grandmother made that needs the binding redone. That I think I can do. Unfortunately another one the blocks have worn through in places. I'm not sure how to fix that.<br />Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02876375845688651131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8580018827658637851.post-36133872989111789542015-07-08T16:51:50.452-04:002015-07-08T16:51:50.452-04:00I love the colors on the trip around the world! It was really great to see those old abandoned tops brought back to life again. The quilter said that she experienced the same problem of poor piecing and many tops she said she had to quilt the heck out of them to get them to actually lay right. Sounds like a fun endeavor despite the funky piecing - fun WIP's!Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12890339482076523219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8580018827658637851.post-16524784522225451612015-07-08T13:40:35.341-04:002015-07-08T13:40:35.341-04:00I love the colours you used in your trip around th...I love the colours you used in your trip around the worldGinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16302065755663279757noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8580018827658637851.post-63225455208388825332015-07-08T11:37:40.243-04:002015-07-08T11:37:40.243-04:00Bless you for working on that vintage quilt. I hope you'll share a photo of it on the bed. Tired Teacherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17285635623675889289noreply@blogger.com
