Wow! Thursday is Thanksgiving Day in the United States of America. How can it already be late November? It seems like yesterday when I was complaining about how hot and humid it was! I've been mostly in my basement studio this week. And, boy did I get things done! My goals were definitely met!
11/17/25
✅Load quilt on Ruthie and start quilting it — finished!
✅Finish sewing Benny blocks into rows and getting rows sewn together — finished!
✅Finish Tall Tree sections √ 7, √ 8, and√ 3rd skirt section — all sections finished!
✅Make the last of the Economy Blocks — finished!
✅Finish trimming the small quarter square triangles units for Magnificent Mystery Quilt — a dent has been made but lots more to trim and the rectangle added.
I was happy to finish off my customer's king size quilt. I didn't think I'd get it done until next weekend. Pictures will come after I return it to her.
The Benny top has been measured and hung in the "To-Be-Quilted" closet. I'm not sure when I'll find backing for it.
I was so excited when I realized I was done with all the parts of the Tall Tree. I was able to sew the skirt sections together this afternoon. Wowee! Hum, it'll look better when the tree is finished but I like the tree skirt.
And, here's what I'm planning to do this coming week. This list might be a little much but I'm going to try to do all of them.
11/24/25
Enjoy T-Day with family
