Pink Saturday

Well, except it's Sunday.  But I will be linking this post with SoScrappy for the pink Saturday linky party.

Here's my pink block.  It was a lot of fun to make -- so quick and easy to sew with the Sizzix triangle die.

And here it is with its blue friend.

I have to say I am enjoying looking at these two blocks on my design wall.  They'll be up there until I need the space for something else.  And, why did I not join the color challenge before?  I like using up little odds and ends of fabrics and this really does a nice job of that.  Of course, if I were making more than one block it would do an even better job!

Happy Quilting All!

  2. Your blocks are very pretty! How does the Sixxix work fabric? I have a Big Shot that I use to make cards but haven't tried it on fabrics.

  3. This is a new block to me. It looks like it makes an interesting secondary block, too.

  5. Very pretty blocks. It's going to be a gorgeous quilt when you get all the colors made.

  6. such a pretty block. Doesn't the triangle die mean a lot of waste?
